The Senior Awareness Initiative reaches out to senior housing facilities, in-home health care services, senior centers and other agencies that service our area’s older population.
The program, begun in 2008, mails quarterly packets of Senior Alerts and other consumer educational information to over 500 agencies throughout Cuyahoga, Ashtabula, Geauga, Lake and Lorain Counties. If your agency is located within the counties noted and is not currently receiving the quarterly mailing, please e-mail Laura Fitzgerald or call her at 216.623.8964 x 107 to be added to our list.
