To file a positive customer review, go to http://cleveland.bbb.org/Find-Business-Reviews/ and look up the BBB Business Review on the business. You will be able to post your compliment by using the link you will find in the “CUSTOMER REVIEWS” area you will find on the right side. Once submitted, the business will receive a copy of your positive review.
